Situated on the outskirts of Braunton in North Devon is Garden Cottage, a three bedroom, couple and family friendly holiday home. Comfortably accommodating up to five guests, the cottage, which happily accepts dogs, has a large garden and is split over two floors with the living area and kitchen/diner located on the ground floor and the three bedrooms along with the family bathroom on the first floor.
The cosy living room at Garden Cottage is tastefully decorated with neutral colours. It has a large sofa, a gas fire and a flatscreen TV with Freeview. Patio doors open out from the living area onto the patio.
An archway leads from the living room into the kitchen/diner. The dining area has a lovely wood table, which can comfortably seat all the family and is great for all occasions. The kitchen is well-equipped and features appliances such as an electric oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
The main bedroom at Garden Cottage is located on the first floor of the holiday home and features a wonderful, king size double bed, which on request can be separated into two singles. There is also a chest of drawers, a handy chair and a TV.

The second bedroom situated at the top of the stairs is a good sized single bedroom perfect for either adults or children.

A door from the single bedroom room leads into the third bedroom, which features a compact double bed and a chest of drawers.
The three bedrooms share the family bathroom, which is also located on the first floor of the cottage. Fitted in the bathroom is a shower, a wash basin and a WC.
Garden Cottage has a lovely outdoor area for guests to enjoy. The large garden, which has views over the countryside towards Braunton Burrows and the Taw Estuary features a patio area, garden furniture perfect for relaxing or enjoying alfresco dinners, a BBQ and a level lawn where dogs or children can safely play.
